His experience enables the firm to provide coordinated advice on matters arising from both clients’ business operations and their public-sector projects and contracts.

Before joining PRAVIA, he worked in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Employment, and Real Estate practices of leading law firms. He advised companies in the oil, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors on corporate reorganizations and transactions, employment compliance and risk management, and real estate transactions.
