His practice covers all stages of public procurement, participatory contracts (PPPs, concessions, and strategic alliances), dispute resolution with state entities (arbitration, mediation, and litigation), administrative proceeding sand governmental oversight, as well as regulatory compliance.

He began his career in the public sector, participating in advisory and procurement processes at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and the Metropolitan Public Company of Mobility and Public Works. He later worked in prestigious national and international law firms, strengthening his experience in complex procurement procedures and in defending companies before administrative and oversight bodies.
