With more than ten years of experience in Public and Regulatory Law, Jack advises companies on managing their relationships with the State.

His practice covers all stages of public procurement, participatory contracts —including public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions, and strategic alliances—, dispute resolution with public entities through arbitration, mediation, and litigation, administrative proceedings and governmental oversight, as well as regulatory compliance.

He began his career in the public sector, where he participated in advisory and procurement matters at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and the Metropolitan Public Company of Mobility and Public Works. He later worked at leading national and international law firms, further developing his experience in complex public procurement matters and in representing companies before administrative and oversight authorities.
