With over fifteen years of experience in Public and Regulatory Law, his practice focuses on public procurement and FIDIC contracts, government al oversight processes, regulation of public services, participatory contracts (PPPs, concessions, and strategic alliances), and dispute resolution with the State (mediation, arbitration, and administrative and contractual litigation).

He held senior positions in the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, including General Coordinator of Legal Advisory and advisor on concessions and PPPs. He later developed his career in prestigious national and international law firms, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on public–private interaction in infrastructure and strategic services projects.

He has taught Public International Law and Private International Law at the university level and served as General Counsel of an international business group in Argentina, complementing his practice with a global perspective.
