With over fifteen years of experience in Public and Regulatory Law, Mario focuses his practice on FIDIC contracts and infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and concessions, and administrative litigation and dispute resolution with the State. He also advises on public procurement and government oversight matters.

He held senior positions at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, including General Coordinator of Legal Advisory and advisor on concessions and PPPs. He later worked at leading national and international law firms, developing extensive experience in public-private infrastructure projects and complex disputes involving the State.

He has taught Public International Law and Private International Law at the university level and served as General Counsel for an international business group in Argentina.
